I developed and executed a communications strategy and plan along with drafting a corporate narrative that was leveraged globally. I also conducted a web audit of its current digital landscape; and then designed and developed all content creation for a new people manager focused webpage using Unily. The objective was to coach them on how to engage their direct reports with with career discussions in advance of the event. HR was responsible for the curriculum for these sessions and I finalized and packaged the content to create a holistic, relevant and engaging flow. I also created all the pre, during and post-readiness messaging and communications delivery to this specific audience with the goal of 95% engagement and attendance.</image:caption>

      <image:caption>I worked with 10 Executive Finance Leadership Team members along with several of their Sr. Leader direct reports to engage with employees the morning of the event in “Make Sport a Daily Habit” activities. One element of the employee experience was direct leadership engagement with employees, most of whom had never personally met the Executive Leadership team. Creating a social and wellness environment in advance of business activities allowed for a more authentic interaction and atmosphere between both audiences. I created talking points, tailored to each leader, to help guide a consistent discussion without minimizing the authenticity of conversations. In addition, I was responsible for the entire experience from collaborating with Nike’s gyms and trainers to lead the activities, digital registration and coordination, brand giveaways, etc.</image:caption>

      <image:caption>To kick off the event, 10 Nike Executives (across multiple functions), gave a one-hour presentation to the 2,000 person audience in Nike’s Tiger Woods auditorium. I developed and executed all required logistical needs in advance of this session which were extremely complex and detail oriented. Logistics included executive briefs, script development, video development, minute-by-minute detailed Run of Show, dry-run prep, presentation content and delivery, collaboration with the technical A/V team, etc.</image:caption>

In addition, my team worked in advance to design the layout, format and creative experience for the showcase and then ensured the flow, energy and overarching employee experience during the actual showcase.</image:caption>

From its core values and naming conventions across its hospitals and clinics, to patient messaging, visual print pieces, etc. One of our first discoveries was to understand the collective core values that existed across the system. From there, a brand audit was executed. Developing a brand architecture creates a hierarchy and platform from which to build upon. To unify my client's brand, I developed an architecture that included the brand vision, promise, differentiation and value proposition. Simultaneously, in-depth discovery was done on understanding the audience. From there we were able to delve into specific audience messaging. The messaging architecture framework above demonstrates how a platform message can speak to all audiences and tailored messages are created for individual audiences.</image:caption>

      <image:caption>The naming conventions for this healthcare network consisting of five hospitals and over 100 physician offices and clinics, were extremely inconsistent. The emotional connection that existed within each of the locations however, was extremely strong. For years, their patients knew them as "x" clinic and changing was not well received. Balancing the need for consistency and individuality was a defining moment for this engagement. I was able to visually depict the current versus future state while outlining the benefit and implications for moving towards a more simple brand architecture.</image:caption>
